The cottages Erinvale and Devonvale are almost identical
in size and they have been furnished to the highest
standard with every modern convenience. Unfortunately
we cannot accommodate pets and have a non smoking policy
throughout both properties.
Entrance
The cottages are located in Hunter St Auchterarder
and have front and rear door entry. They share a private
'Vennel' access which leads to the rear of the property
and private parking places.
Ground Floor
Hallway
The spacious hallway is entered from the vestibule
and has a front and rear door with access to the kitchen-dining
area, lounge and downstairs bathroom. The stairway
leads to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom
Lounge
The large lounge is furnished with quality furniture
and attractive soft furnishings the room also has a
television, DVD and stereo system.
Kitchen - Dining Area
Accessed from the hall and the lounge, the kitchen
is fully equipped with electrical appliances, Dining
table and chairs, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking
utensils.
Bathroom
The bathroom is fully fitted with a large
shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
First Floor

Spacious hallway leading to bedrooms and main bathroom.

Spacious double bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes
and quality furniture.

Very large luxury bedroom with double bed fitted wardrobes,

Large bathroom with bath, separate shower, vanity
unit with wash hand basin and WC
